The incumbent of the position will support the Senior HR BP for EuroServices Bayer in Barcelona, to drive HR operations, local and global initiatives and programs to enable the achievement of business results by delivering and facilitating lean, agile and timely HR contribution.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Combining HR operations and Management consulting, your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Work in close partnership with the HR subject matter experts and Senior HRBP to define and deliver operations and programs pursuing business day to day activities.
  • Provide HR support to middle management (aprox 60) on admin tasks as well as people development.
  • Collect and track HR critical metrics to support strategic business decisions.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, talent reviews and workshops.
  • Active participation in HR projects across Bayer.
  • Keep up with HR trends and external insights to propose innovative solutions that support the business performance through transforming and developing talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies.
  • Foster a culture that is built on Bayer´s LIFE values

Requeriments mínims

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other applicable field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in any HR function (recruitment, operations, administration, …) and having interacted with management on business decision
  • Proven experience on interacting with business managers with a strategic mindset
  • General knowledge of HR disciplines including performance management, training, talent management, and state employment laws will be a plus.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen to learn and confident to propose improvements to create efficiencies.
  • Self-starter, proactive and autonomous attitude. Attention to detail is indispensable.
  • Strong sense of priority and time management.
  • Excellent usage of office tools (MS Office and SAP)
